Return Policy for
Our custom made wheelchair took a lot to engineer and a lot of time to manufacture. We take great pride in our product and believe for the price it is the best dog wheelchair on the market. Some of our competitors do not accept returns because they are custom made, they also charge 3 times what we charge and leave you no recourse. We believe it is all about your dog. So if there is a problem please follow the steps below:
1)We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements that cause the cart not to fit properly. We will though make the necessary alterations to the cart free of charge, except for the price of shipping it to us. 2) A problem if it exists must be communicated to us within a reasonable amount of time. We may mutually decide to have you work with it longer but we do need to know if there is a problem. Refunds will not be allowed if over 30 days with no communication. 3)We will cover any manufacturing defects in the cart with a replacement, the defective cart must be returned for inspection. If it is defective we will credit your account for the shipping. 4)If your dog is not capable or refuses to accept the cart (this is less than 4% of the dogs) we will take the cart back with a restocking fee (Your refund will be $70.00). This fee covers our shipping and since it is custom the parts we cannot reuse. Our policy is if it does not work for your dog we do not take a profit. 5)Any refund will be made upon receipt of the cart in original condition to the original method of payment. Example if PayPal is used a credit issued to your account, if a credit card is used a credit issued to your card.
